Lacrosse Helmet Size Chart
Helmets
A men's lacrosse helmet should fit snugly without being uncomfortably tight, ensuring it stays securely in place during play. The chin strap should be firm, the helmet should sit about one finger above the eyebrows, and the face mask should provide a clear, unobstructed view. Most youth players wear a youth-sized helmet until about age 9 or 10 and then transition to an adult-sized helmet.
